On Saturday 14th February our Scór na nÓg Quiz Team represented Limerick in the All Ireland Finals in City West Dublin.

Our Team comprising of Karl Moloney, Dearbhla Egan, Eoin Moore and Cian Leahy competed against all other counties in Ireland.

Between rounds the tops 5 Teams with the highest scores were announced. The Crecora Manister team were not listed in the Top 5 position during the first half of the Table Quiz.

Our Team put in a marvellous performance in the last few rounds to come right up through the rankings.

The missed out by the narrowest of margins, coming 2nd in the All Ireland Final behind Kerry, by just 2 points.

No doubt our team will have a element of disappointment by missing out by such a narrow margin, but they must not forget they represented our Club in the All Ireland Final and did themselves, our Club and our County proud.

Our Team with GAA President Liam O’Neill.
