Thanks very much to all of you who paid your annual Registration Fee last night, Wednesday 5th March.

For those of you who could not make it please do bring the completed Registration Form and Fee to your next Training session.

The Coaches will collect the Registration Fee from the remaining players before the end of March.

All Players must Register with our Club and pay the Registration Fee each year in order to be covered by insurance.

The underage Player Registration fee remained unchanged for the past number of years. For 2014 the fee has been reduced for the 3rd child: €50 for first child and €40 for second, €10 for third child.

The player Registration fee is capped at €100 per family.

Report from Matches played last week

U14 hurling challenge took place v Broadford(Clare) , a good physical game with some good play from both sides and a worthwhile outing for the U14 squad

Feile Peil B game took place v Newcastlewest, we lost out on the day to a physically stronger NCW team , a team who represented the county last year at this level . It is fair to say the Kilpeacon team definitely showed promise for the future.

Feile B hurling first round is coming up at the end of the month with first match pencilled in for 30th March V’s Cappamore away.

Under 21’s played first round of South hurling v Castletown/Ballyagran & Effin combo team in Ballyagran pitch, we lost out on a scoreline 1-21 to 2-05.
A number of the stronger Croom players were not available on the day but there was a good participation our player with Tim Moloney/Micheal O Neill/Liam Quirke/ Conor Burke/Paudie Sheehan/Cillian Rea all lining out with Damien Kearney and Richard Bateman subs.

Next round fixed for Friday 14th March in Martinstown v Sean Og Hanleys.
