Table Quiz Fri 17th Nov in Yellowtown

It has been a while since we had a table quiz, they have always been a great night out, a chance to meet neighbours and others involved in our club as well as generating much needed funding for our underage development fund.

Friday 17th November 9.30pm
Yellowtown Pub
Teams of 4 – €40
Raffle & finger food

Start picking your quiz team, contact you neighbours, contact the parents of your children’s team mates whom you have stood beside at the pitch all season, call your fellow coaches and club members, do whatever you need to do to get 3 more people to make up a quiz team.

Donations of Raffle prizes and finger food is very welcome.

All proceeds from this table quiz will go towards Crecora Manister’s Underage Development Fund.

Winter Hurling Training Camp

We have organised a 6 week winter hurling training programme for our young players ranging from 11 to 14 years.

The all weather pitch at South Liberites GAA has been booked. A number of Coaches have been scheduled for each session to ensure there will be plenty of attention for the players to ensure thye get the benefit from these sessions and work on their skills. External coaches from outside out club are being lined up to lead the sessions.

This is a great opportunity for players to build on their skills so please do make every effort to attend all sessions arriving prior to 7pm so training can start promptly at 7pm.

To cover the cost of pitch rental a small cost of €2 will be collected from each player per night or €10 on the first night.

Following the success of the National Club Draw over the past three years, Croke Park have funded amazing prizes again for the 2018 Draw.

Tickets are on sale now for €10 and can be purchased from any of the Club Coaches or Committee Members or from Paul Foster on 086 8500 303.
The National Club Draw is a great opportunity for our Club to raise funds with 100% of the tickets sales being retained by our Club.
