Dear Club Supporter,
Our busy club is run by volunteers who coach boys from 5 years to adult almost all year round. We have more volunteers who look after the maintenance of our pitch and facilities.
We thank you for you continued support and ask if you can assist us by completing a nomination form for the Tesco Community Fund and dropping it in to the local Tesco store in Dooradoyle or Roxboro. Forms are available at all Tesco stores and some forms are in the cabin at the pitch.
The wording in the sample form below can be used as a reference or copied in its entirety.
How the Tesco Community Fund works:
- The Staff in each the Tesco store review all nominations and select 3 causes.
- The 3 causes are displayed on the Community Fund collection tubes in the store.
- After 8 weeks the blue tokens are counted and the €1,000 fund is divided between the 3 causes.
You can fill out as many forms as you want and drop them into the local Tesco Store in Dooradoyle.
