The first round of the Con and Annie Kirby Memorial Puppy Stakes took place on Saturday night 11th March.

In its fifth year the Con & Annie Kirby Memorial offers a phenomenal prize fund of €160,000 to the competing Greyhounds, plus a €20,000 prize fund on offer to Limerick GAA Clubs in the Nominator competition.

In the GAA Nominators Competition Crecora Manister GAA have been paired with “Drive on Tipp”, which prior to Round 1 BoyleSports had as one of the four dogs listed as co-favourites at 10/1 – Drive On Tipp, Droopys Almond, Whoops Jack and Native Chimes.

“Drive on Tipp” won race 10 and goes through to Round 2!

CANCELLED Crecora National School Parents Association are looking forward to seeing all Crecora NS pupils and their families partaking in their fundraising Fun Family Walk on Sunday 19th March at 2pm.

Meet at Crecora GAA pitch with Hi-Viz jackets. Entry fee €5 per child, €10 per adult OR €20 per family.

All children must be accompanied by an adult. No bikes allowed.

Refreshments will be provided afterwards at the pitch.

Everyone is welcome to this fun family afternoon out!!

We’re experiencing a few dry days after coming out the other side of constant rain and with 14 degrees forecast for Saturday our pitches should get a chance to dry out a bit.
