Cul Camp – a Great Success

We had another great Cúl Camp this year with over 100 boys and girls at the pitch for the 4 day Camp.

The weather was lovely and each day we had a large number of coaches and helpers from both our GAA & Camogie clubs on hand to ensure the activities ran smoothly and all the young players had great fun playing hurling, football and rounders.

On Wednesday Diarmuid Byrnes  met with each group of players, posed for photos and answered their questions. Thanks Diarmuid for your time and for inspiring future county players.

On Thursday Mike Riordan brought just some of the Silverware from the Limerick GAA trophy cabinet. This provided more photo opportunities for the groups of players and inspiration.
– Munster Senior Championship Cup
– Munster Minor Shampionship Cup
– National Hurling League Cup

We had a great group of our own young players helping out during the week. A number of these represent their county in underage hurling and camogie and in adult football. It was not that long ago when they were attending the Cúl Camps themselves.

Thanks to all the parents and families for supporting our Cúl Camp and for the Coaches & Helpers for making it a success.
