Join the new Move for Life Research Programme – GET FREE health screening

The research complied from this intervention programme may result in an increase in the availability of funding at community level.

These programmes are aimed at adults over 50 and will take place in four venues across Limerick City and County – Caherdavin, Claughaun, Croom and Newcastle West, starting in May.

The aim of the programme is to help people to become more active and healthy, in a fun and social environment, and is very worthwhile!

See below information from Limerick Sport Partnership on their Move for Life Programme.  All GAA Clubs have been requested to bring this to the attention of their Club Members.
