JUNIOR FOOTBALLERS
Our Junior Footballers sit on top of the division 4 All County League Division following their recent victory (3-10 to 1-10) over Ahane. With four wins from four, a solid performance in the final round should ensure top place. A feature of the game was the point scoring of Rob Henihan, Gary O’Connell & Darrack Skelly and well taken goals by Damien Kearney & Karl Moloney.

COUNTY MINORS
Commiserations to Cathal O’Neill, James Conheady and the rest of the Limerick Minor Hurling team who bowed out of the 2018 Championship against Kilkenny last Saturday.
Cathal and James experienced great victories in 2018 against Tipperary, Cork and Clare and hopefully will have a bright future ahead in the green and white.
We had a record number of boys and girls in attendance for the 4 day Cul Camp in Crecora pitch on Monday 2nd to Thursday 5th July.
Everyone involved enjoyed the 4 days immensely, where the young boys and girls went through hurling and gaelic football skills, played hurling, football and rounders matches and played a variety of other fun games throughout the 4 day camp.
The hot weather had us taking plenty of water breaks and our local young entrepreneur Richie’s Ice creams provided very welcome refreshment each day.
Our Coaches received help each day from teenage players from Crecora Manister GAA and Crecora Camogie clubs. Two of those helping out were Cathal O’Neill and James Conheady. Cathal played in all the Limerick Minor Hurling matches this year with James being on the panel.
Both Cathal and James were on hand on Wednesday to hand out the Cul Camp gear to all the boy and girls and spent time on Thursday signing hurleys and helmets for many of the boys and girls, some of whom will no doubt go on to represent Limerick in either Hurling, Football or Camogie.
See below a selection of the photographs taken on the final day of the Cul Camp.

We had a great day on Friday 15th of June for our Golf Classic in Ballyneety Golf Club.
The weather stayed good and the course was in top condition.
The event ran smoothly and the hospitality of the team in Ballyneety Golf Club and the staff in Vine Restaurant all combined to make the day very enjoyable for the 30+ teams who took part.
An event like this would not be possible without the great support from our many sponsors and all the golfers who came out on the day.
Pat and Pauline Burke from our Main Sponsor PBC Building Contractors were on hand in Ballyneety GC Club House on Friday night with our MC Tom O’Keefe to present the prizes to the 4 teams with the best scores.
Thanks to PBC for their continued support and to all who sponsored a tee box or a team.
Thanks too to members from our GAA Club for engaging with their contacts to obtain sponsorship, to Tom O’Keefe, Tim Ryan, John Browne and Paul Foster for spending the day in Ballyneety Golf Club to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Well done & thanks to James Conheady for producing the Sponsorship signage which was displayed in Ballyneety GC Club House, at each tee box and on this website.
